If at least one person in your group is a resident of Suo-Oshima Town, everyone in your group is eligible for the discount. We will ask for your ID when you pay on the day. If you forget your ID or if we cannot verify it, you will be charged the regular rate.
★Early booking discount applies to reservations made up to 14 days in advance.

Plan usage benefits

①One 5% discount ticket for the in-house shop will be given to each group (valid only once on the day)

② You can enjoy a 200 yen discount at the large hot spring bath and indoor pool. (Please check your receipt at the front desk.) *On March 31st only, the large hot spring bath will be closed due to maintenance (the pool will be available).

How to make a reservation

Reservations can only be made through the official website. *Reservations and changes cannot be made over the phone.

Cancellation fee: *Cancellations made 3 days or less in advance will incur a cancellation fee.
3 days or more before: 30% / The day before: 50% / On the day: 100%
