*The operation may be canceled if the weather conditions conflict with our safety operation standards or at the captain’s discretion. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

[Boarding Information]

• If there are seats available, you can make a reservation on the day, but please note that the maximum number of people per cruise is 6 (2 children aged 1 to 6 years old are counted as 1 person), so please make your reservation early.
• If you have made a reservation, please collect your boarding ticket at the hotel front desk 30 minutes before departure time and gather at the boarding location (Marissa Pier). To get to the boarding location, go to the left of the sea side promenade in front of the hotel (about a 5-minute walk).
• The toilets on board are portable toilets, so please use the toilet before boarding. There are no toilets at the boarding location (pier).
• All passengers must wear a life jacket. Life jackets (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism approved) are provided.
• Two types of life jackets for children are available: 100 cm to 120 cm and 120 cm to 140 cm.
• Guests who cannot wear a life jacket will not be allowed to board.
• Please refrain from bringing food onto the boat (but you can bring drinks).
• For safety reasons, the captain reserves the right to decide whether to postpone departure or ask you to refrain from boarding the boat.
