Setomi, a citrus fruit that is an original product of Yamaguchi Prefecture and a specialty of Suo-Oshima, is said to be the sweetest of all mandarin oranges. This premium sparkling cocktail is made with Setomi juice and Dassai shochu made with Junmai Daiginjo brewing.
